To represent IMPACT Marketing Group to existing and prospective clients and develop an on-going mutually beneficial business relationship. Maintain territory and ensure clients are aware of existing or new products and services being offered. Additionally, ensure client services are performed in accord with IMPACT Marketing Quality operating system and that the results of such work meet or exceed the client's expectations.
Sales responsibility in the $500,000 to $3,000,000 range depending on the nature and of products and services sold and vertical market assigned.
SELL A VOLUME OF WORK that achieves the objective in sales and gross profit dollars assigned to that particular Account Manager assignment. Be effective in managing account assignments to bring in new clients and to increase business with existing clients. Achieve ''steps-to-the-sale''; objectives including thoughtful planning with clients and prospective clients. Engage in sales training activity to improve ability to fulfill this objective.
NEGOTIATE TERMS and guide execution of work to assure a reasonable profit for IMPACT Marketing Group and a concurrent reasonable value for the client. Make certain the requirements of each project are clearly understood and documented. Monitor to identify areas to add value above and beyond requirements and to be paid for doing so.
PROVIDE SOLUTIONS to the client's marketing problems and enable the client to better take advantage of opportunities in their marketplace. Utilize IMPACT Marketing Groups resources to present IMPACTs products and services to effectively and efficiently address this responsibility. Work to understand client's business situation in their industry context to fulfill this responsibility. Be responsible for effective communication of client's needs to IMPACT team. Be responsible for effective communication of value provided by the IMPACT team to clients. Engage in self-development activity to continuously build on knowledge and skills necessary to fulfill this responsibility. Assist client in utilization/deployment of information in their organization.
